 After the green business product is made, we have a meeting to discuss about the 

i) Marketing plan, 4'Ps - Product, Price, Place & Promotion

ii) Strategic plan - to identify the SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces and the financial plan to achieve in higher sales.

iii) Financial plan - to calculate the break even, start up cost and estimate our sales.

However, the business plan assignment will be due on monday 26/7/2010, hopefully we can finish it before the due date and prepare for the presentation on 30th of july.

We have our group discussion on the date of 22/7, all of our group members are participated.

Our product's ingredients, it includes apple, banana, tomato, honey, yogurt & egg.

1st Meeting

Last friday (04/06/2010) we had out 1st meeting at L4-R106. the meeting start at 2pm and it end at 3.30pm.

We had a brainstorm session arounbd 20-30 min on what product should be produce. We manage to come out some product options such as skin care, lip gloss, bags, shoes, solar charger, solar phone and etc.

During the discussion elizabeth and chee shan went to meet Miss Su at her office and have a short discussion with her. Miss Su gave us some advices and some idea. At the end, we decided to produce either facial mask or hair product and we had come out the marketing plan with the SWOT analysis of both product.

Elizabeth had decided to name the product as Greenaide care and all the member agreed with it.

All the members are asking to look for the ingredients to use to before we start our experimental. whether it is safe to use.

This would be the logo of our GREENAIDE CARE.
